Progresso Soup and The Biggest Loser Giveaway

My goal this year is to lose weight. I gained a good bit of weight when I was pregnant with Lucy, and I have yet to lose it. I’m pretty sure that at 2 years postpartum, it can no longer be called baby weight. 🙂

I want to really get back into exercising this year. I’ve been kind of limited because of my knees, but I’ve been using our stationary bike and it’s been going pretty well. I missed a week or so this month, but I’m hoping to do at least three days a week.

And, I need to watch my eating more. I’ve been getting back into eating baked potatoes and veggies for lunch, and I LOVE Progresso soup. These soups were awesome when I was on Weight Watchers because the vegetable soup that I buy was 0 points. With the new points system, I think it has a couple of points, but still not much at all. And, it is SO good. I buy the chicken noodle soup for Joe, and he loves it as well. There’s nothing better than some tasty soup with only 100 calories!

Progresso and MyBlogSpark have teamed up to give one of my readers the chance to try Progresso soup AND The Biggest Loser workout DVD. You can enter by using the widget below. Please be aware that I will be checking the Facebook and Twitter entries to verify. Good luck! And, for everyone, there is a coupon for $1.25 off the purchase of 4 Progresso soups. Kroger Gift Card Giveaway

How about starting off this Thanksgiving week with a giveaway?

We go through a LOT of milk in our house. Lucy drinks two cups a day, and Joe uses it with his cereal. I find myself buying a gallon every week-and-a-half or so and, at $3.19 a pop, that can add up! Kroger is running a promotion through Saturday where if you buy four participating General Mills products — like Cheerios, Pillsbury Ready to Bake Cookies, Nature Valley Bars and Fiber One Bars — you get a gallon of free milk (up to $3, limit of 2) or get $3 off your order! I’m trying to figure out how I can use coupons to really get a good deal out of this!

Kroger is offering one of my readers a $25 gift card to the Kroger family of stores. The giveaway will end Sunday, Nov. 27, at 12:01 a.m. Please enter using the widget. Good luck!

Disclosure: The Kroger gift card, information and giveaway have been provided by Kroger and General Mills through MyBlogSpark.

Shutterfly Cards Giveaway

It’s the end of October, and that means it’s time to start thinking about this year’s holiday cards. We’re always so busy this time of year, and we need to find time to get a good family picture to use.

Last year, we used Shutterfly for our cards, and we LOVED how they turned out. The quality of their greeting cards was great, and the turnaround time was really quick. We plan on using Shutterfly every year from here on out. Since my family is Seventh-day Adventist and Joe’s is Jewish, I either have to find a generic card that can be used for both Christmas and Hannukah (which is my least favorite option) or I need to pick on out for both holidays. This year, I opted for the second option. Here are the ones that I like the best:

For Christmas cards:

And for Hannukah cards:

Of course, my preferences might change by the time we actually order our cards, but this is what I’m looking at for now. What do you think??

Shutterfly is giving THREE of my readers 25 holiday cards! This giveaway will end Saturday, Nov. 5, at 12 a.m. Enter by using the widget. This is the first time I’m using the widget for a giveaway, so hopefully it will work better!

Wal-Mart Gift Card Giveaway

I’ll admit it — I’m not a big Star Wars fan. That probably doesn’t surprise most of you. My husband and brothers, however, are. I remember we went to a midnight showing of one of the movies that came out a few years ago (and I can’t remember which one), and I think I MIGHT have made it through the first line or two that scrolled down the screen at the beginning before I fell asleep. Haha.

The Star Wars saga is now out on Blu-ray and to celebrate, General Mills is putting images from the movies on the backs of some of the boxes of their cereal. One of my readers will win three boxes of cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios®, Cinnamon Toast Crunch® and Lucky Charms®) to create their own Star Wars panorama and a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.

Quick Flyer Giveaway

How about a quick giveaway? It’s time to start thinking about holiday cards (which is hard to do, I know, when it’s 80 degrees outside in mid-October as it is here in Georgia). I LOVE sending holiday cards. It’s a great way to show off my family, and a good excuse to get a good family picture taken.

However, making personalized holiday cards can get expensive, especially if you have a long list of people to send them to. There are a ton of printing companies to choose from online, and one that I recently was introduced to was UPrinting. They do flyer printing, and I think their club flyers would be perfect for holiday cards. One of my readers will win 250 flyers from UPrinting on either 4.25″ x 5.5″ or 4″ x 6″
14pt cardstock gloss. There is a 3 business day turnaround and free shipping.

Restriction: Limited to US residents 18 years old and above only.

How to enter:
1. Leave a comment sharing what you would use your flyers for if you win.
2. The giveaway ends at 11 p.m. EST on Thursday, Sept. 20.
3. The winner will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to respond.

Extra entries:
1. Write a blog post about this giveaway and link back to it — 5 entries
