what ever you do don’t go to dish… ugh… but call CS and tell them you are super pissed off and if they don’t do something you will leave for dish… so far I have gotten an extra 20 off my bill each month, etc… it works to complain with them lol…

You should check out Dish Network. We went from Direct TV to them.

We’ve had a few problems with our DVR over the past few years, but overall we’ve been happy with our DirecTV service. It is so much cheaper than cable, or at least it is here.
