Vein, the theory with increased watre intake is that if you’re dehydrated you may have learnt to satisfy your water intake with moist foods instead or water, and you feel less thirsty so you are less likely to seek out a milkshake or soft drink.

Don’t they say a 2 lb loss a week is a pretty good and healthy achievement? Because the body can adjust in an apropriate way and you are probably more likely going to keep it off than a radical loss?

I am not a big fan of increased water intake–I’m not sure there is sound biology behind it. Although it does fill the stomach and help with society.

congrats… I am so proud of ya… but I know what ya mean about not hungry and having to eat… I have to do that too and it sucks… but that is a great start… keep up the good work… and btw… I am sure you lost more than that considering it was the end of the day when you did your way in…
