I’m trying to find a good lower ab workout to do to tighten and tone my abs. My stomach as always been the bane of my existence. I’ve never had a flat stomach, no matter how much cardio and working out I do. I’d like to find something that I can do after I get rid of a lot of this fat to make my stomach look much better.
