One thing I’ve been working on in my workout sessions is weight training. I know it’s just as important as cardio and will really help me tone up. It’s been a while since I’ve done anything with weights, so I’m back to 5 pounds. Hopefully, I’ll get back up to 8 pounds soon. I want to get to the point where I’m not looking for the best muscle building supplement out there.
