customer service update

the supervisor just admitted that they’re over charging me. then she hung up on me. nice.

    Customer service is so bad these days! I especially hate dealing with billing people. They are so clueless!

  2. Oh my god. DirectTV is the WORST. They always overcharge, and you can never get through to them on the phone. I hate them with a passion.

    I HATE DirectTV! We have it too, and I swear out DVR is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever used in my life. We will be switching most likely when our contract is up b/c they are no help over the phone…always an excuse.
