i hate the term new year’s resolutions. i never end up keeping resolutions, so i’ve stopped making them. instead, i have some goals i’d like to accomplish in 2008.
i’ve only come up with a few do-able ones. at least i’m hoping the first one is! i figure that’s the best way to go.
In Life
FYI, I’ve heard from a urologist that 8 glasses of water a day is excessive. Maybe that will help?
Yes, I also heard that the water intake depends on your body. I just keep a 32 oz. bottle with me and try to drink that over the span of the day. Good luck with all of your resolutions!
Some resolution suggestions: watch all your husband’s favorite movies, cook his favorite dishes every night and always ask him first before turning the heat on or off.
Joe…oops, I mean anonymous
Get yourself a 32 ounce bottle–I refill it twice each day at work (we have delicious, cold, filtered water at my office, thank goodness!) and it’s SO easy to sip mindlessly at it. There are varying opinions about water, but I need the full 8 glasses per day or I get headaches (plus extra during workouts).
I hope you get pregnant this year, too!
Those are great goals! I also have to remind myself to keep up with my waxing… occasionally I’ll catch a glimpse of myself in the florida bright sun and think, YIKES!!!!!!! I am psyched about your workout blog!
Good goals! We can be here to support and push you through the year too!
Joe, you just *had* to sneak that comment in there, huh??? I’m glad to know that we’re not the only ones who have “issues” over the thermostat!
Cady, I *so* hope that this is the year when you guys get pregnant. That would be fantastic. I’m holding good thoughts for you!
And BTW ~ *so* glad you’re feeling better! My MIL is a nurse, and you know, it seems like she doesn’t come down with “crud” like that much, either. She works in a nursing home.
