the biggest loser: atlanta — week 1

i’m down 2 pounds. woo hoo! i really didn’t think i’d lose that much because i busted my knee pretty bad this week, so i haven’t been able to work out. surely i can lose close to 8 pounds by thanksgiving!

    Congrats on the weight loss! 8 pounds by Thanksgiving sounds do-able…just make sure not to gain it back in that one meal :).

    You can work out by punching your husband repeatedly. It’s something I always wanted to do! It’s important to balance the upper-body workout with the lower-body workout, and in the absence of a good knee, the punching is probably just the right thing.

    You know he deserves it. Just ask ‘him.
