today marks two years since joe’s sister got married. it was a beautiful wedding, and rachel was hardly stressed. i remember loving her “whatever” attitude and using it for my own wedding. someone didn’t want to get their hair done? whatever. don’t sweat the small stuff, right?
rachel and dave spent the weekend in new york city celebrating their anniversary, eventually arriving after snow forced their plane to be rerouted to virginia and threatened to cancel the whole trip by returning them to atlanta. but, everything worked out, and i hope they had a blast.

compared to the post i read on a friend’s blog yesterday about a bride that made her bridesmaid sign CONTRACTS, i plan on sporting the whatever attitude at my wedding too. “don’t sweat the small stuff” will definitely be my motto.
