i felt so good after my workout yesterday morning. now, i can barely move my arms.

i’m trying a new routine to try to increase my metabolism, and i’m using some aerobics/kickboxing shows and weight lifting programs i dvr’d on fittv. yesterday, i did 20 minutes of an upper body pyramid workout, which involves using three sets of weights and going up and down in weights doing various exercises.

after that, i did 20 minutes of kickboxing. i was wiped out afterward, but i felt good. then, i took a shower. i could barely lift my arms.

today, my muscles are hurting a lot. hopefully they’ll start feeling better tomorrow. i’m not too surprised, since i’ve never really worked this muscle group out before. it’ll just take time to get used to it.
