Author: Callie came up with a new way to wake me up today. She pushed my copy of Twilight off my headboard (very thick book!) and onto my face, and then *she* jumped onto my face.
Needless to say, I’m not too happy with her right now.

I've come up with some fantastic ideas for Lucy's first birthday party. I'm getting SO excited about it, even though the thought of her turning 1 makes me sad. My baby is growing up...

What A “sure wake up” alarm clock.
I can totally relate. My cat decided this morning to attack me when I was getting into the shower. She leaped at me and latched onto my leg and started biting! I have no idea what has gotten into her!
That’s one reason we don’t let our cats into the bedroom !
I have one cat that sleeps next to my head most nights and I like it. However, one of my other cats likes to copy what the other cats do…but she has fur that stuffs me up so when I wake up and she is there instead…it’s a rude awakening! But I love them and don’t care-
My cats do that to me in the morning. Although they don’t weigh as much as a book, it’s still a crappy way to wake up.
That is so funny, my cat just normally walks on my face until I get up.
That sounds very unpleasant. I have to say, I don’t regret not having a cat. Even though I know you adore her the rest of the time.
I guess it’s the closest we’ll have to Edward Cullen waking us up in the morning!

I’ve never had troubles getting up in the morning, so I don’t use any kind of alarm – a furry one nor electronic one (and reading about your experience makes me feel blessed…

Mine wake me up about 2:30 in the morning to let them out. That’s not fun either, but at least they don’t walk on my face,or jump on it.
Owwwwwww… that had to hurt, especially if you weren’t expecting it. It’s hard to be mad at them though – they all have such unique personalities and certainly my Sylvester brings a lot of joy to my life
I know that’s frustrating but it’s so hard to be mad at them for very long. Especially when they rub on you for attention
I (Samantha) jumped on Mom’s stomach from the chest of drawer! Needless to say, she wasn’t happy either!! I was hungry and she was sleeping!! What can i say! Meow and purrrs!!
