I honestly thought my problems with AT&T were going to be over last month. Boy, was I naive. I don’t know *why* I believed the customer service rep who told me that not only would my credit be applied to my February bill, but it would most definitely be applied to my bills for the next two months. No further calls would be needed.
That was great until today, when I got my internet bill that said I’m a month behind in payments. And, of course, now it’s too late to call them because customer service closes at 5:30 p.m. I have to spend all night stewing over this. It really bugs me because, frankly, how hard is it to apply a credit to someone’s bill? I really shouldn’t have to call EVERY.SINGLE.MONTH to have it applied because they screwed up and said I was delinquent.
And, they *really* shouldn’t be messing with me right now while I’m hormonal and have absolutely no patience for anyone. I pity the person who takes my call tomorrow because they’re going to get an earful. And if I have to call the corporate office again to get this taken care of, I’m *really* not going to be happy.

I hope you got this issue fixed… I often wonder why it is so hard to something so little as that… because you know it is just a few keystrokes on the keyboard and the issue is fixed…
