Wow. I did a TON of shopping this week. I made a bunch of trips to Publix since relatives printed off several sets of coupons for me. There were so many free or cheap deals this week, especially on the Beech-Nut Fruities, which are Lucy’s favorite thing EVER.

All the Publix stores near me were sold out of the Fruities within an hour of opening on the first day of the ad this week, but they got trucks in last night and had just enough left for me today. I ended up going to two stores because I don’t like to clear shelves. And, thanks to my parents and in-laws printing coupons for me, I had a ton. Woo hoo! Side note: Has anyone tried the Rudi’s Gluten-Free bread before? Is it good?

So, this week, I spent $24.88 for a TON of stuff. I’ve managed to stay under my goal of $40 a week so far this year, and I hope that continues, at least for a while. I’m sure there will be weeks when I will spend more, but I’m hoping it will all average out, and I’ll be on track in the end.
