the director of admission’s secretary at joe’s school asked joe to cover the phones at the front desk this afternoon while the other admin staff is in a meeting. he had to go have about five minutes of training since the front desk phones are a little different than his.
the purpose of the meeting: how to work the phones.
so, joe had to learn how to work the phones to cover them while everyone else was learning how to work the phones. haha.
joe: “i’m going to have to call my mom. she’ll be so proud.”
