remember obnoxious loud music guy? we thought he was a frat boy. we were wrong. the kid is 16. he’s 16, and he’s living by himself next door to us. he says his mom is moving in “sometime”, but that’s beside the point. what kind of mother lets her 16-year-old live by himself? i know he doesn’t go to school now because he’s home blaring his music all morning. i just can’t understand this. joe thinks that if his mother moves in she’ll put an end to the music issue, but i have my doubts. i’m not at all impressed with her parenting style.

Yeah, I was thinking that’s probably illegal too, but I’m not sure. It might be even worse if she moves in though. She sounds like a real winner and most of of the time, living next to two people is worse than living next to one. We used to have these neighbors that would argue all the time so loud and then one would leave and keep slamming the door really loud. And the people that just moved out above us sounded like they had parties every day. I hate loud neighbors so much!

I would not be impressed either. I mean it can definitely depend on the 16-year-old but it sounds in this case like he is definitely not the type who can be trusted to live on his own.
Yeah…unless he is legally emancipated he is not allowed to be living on his own and his mom leaving him could be termed reckless abandonment. I would get the authorities involved if only for his safety and well-being. Some parents…geesh.

you so don’t have to live with that… he can’t live by himself at all… that is how my inlaws got some foster kids that age lol… call childs protection and the cops…
