i cannot wait for my doctor’s appointment tomorrow. i am ready to find an answer — or get on the road to finding an answer — to my weight loss problem. as joe said, since i went from a nonactive lifestyle to a *very* active one, that plus watching what i eat should result in the pounds falling off. it’s weird because i can totally see a difference. i can see and feel how muscular i’m becoming. but, i have yet to see a difference either on the scale or in the way my clothes fit. if there’s nothing medically wrong with me, hopefully he will refer me to a nutritionist so i can figure out what’s going on and come up with a solution.

Stress can be an amazing thing when it comes to diets, you can either lose alot or gain alot or maintain. it affects everyone differently. When I stress I either eat or starve, depends on the type of stress. My body now thanks to this behavior has a tendency to hang on to pockets of fat. =(
I wish we could all be happy with our bodies and eat whatever we want when we want and work out how we want doing only the exercises we enjoy. =)
