today was crazy busy. i had a lot to do at work, but my mind was elsewhere as my dad had a heart ablation done this morning to fix the rapid heartbeats he’s been having. i was so distracted that after talking to joe, i threw my cell phone in the trash and started to put my tissue in my purse. the procedure was over fairly quickly, though, and he’s doing fine.

tonight, we’re heading to joe’s synagogue because his sister and her husband are being blessed as new members. we’re staying the night at joe’s parents, and tomorrow will be celebrating passover with the whole extended family. it should be a lot of fun. i’ll be glad to get home tomorrow night, though, and relax with my kitties.
