i’ve decided i want to make “team joe” t-shirts for us to wear to his marathon in november. i had wanted to make t-shirts for his half marathon in june, but i just never got a chance to. his first full marathon is pretty big, though, so i want to do something to show spirit and to show our support for him. besides, how great would it be to have a blown up picture of joe’s face on a t-shirt??

i’ve been looking around at various web sites to compare prices. i know i will want long-sleeved shirts because it will be november. even then, we might still have to wear coats, though it’s been *so* hot this summer who knows what the temperatures will be like this winter. plus, long-sleeved shirts are more expensive, so i might just order short-sleeved shirts and we can all wear long-sleeved shirts underneath. i like ordering from vista print because they have good quality products. i’ve never ordered clothing items from them before — only address labels and note pads — but i’ve had a good experience with them in the past. plus, with the coupon code tshirts25 i can get 25 percent off my purchase which is a bonus. i’ve been big into couponing lately.

i still haven’t made my mind up, but i have a little while yet. can you just picture all of us with our “team joe” shirts on?? i think we’re going to look awesome!
