Has anyone watched the new 90210 series? I was a big fan of the original Beverly Hills 90210 and was a bit skeptical when I first heard of the spinoff series. But, I watched the pilot and was a little more impressed than I thought it would be. I love how Kelly is a main character and how Brenda and Nat were in the pilot. Plus, they really kept all the characters the same with Kelly’s sister, Erin, and same actress who played Kelly’s mom in the original series was back in this one as well. In my opinion, it’s basically the same show with different people, but it works. If you watched it, what did you think?

I watch and I love it! Did you notice Hanah Zuckerman Vasquez last week doing the news? I love all the throw backs to the original. 90210 was my all time FAVAORITE show!
yes, i noticed that! i forgot to mention it, but i called my dad and told him. he and my mom haven’t seen the new show, but they were avid watchers of the original 90210 as well. they’re the ones who got me into it. 🙂
I love it! I originally just watched out of support for the original 90210, but I really, really like the new one.
I was a HUGE fan of the original show. I like this one but it reminds me a lot of OC. I am dying to know if that is Dylan’s kid with Kelly.
I watched it the first season it was out… then after that well I got sick of everyone sleepign with everyone else etc… it got old… so I’m not going to even bother with this one because it will just be more the same because they are going to try to keep up with Gossip Girl and that crap…
