Lucy woke up, and I changed her diaper. I was in the middle of wiping her, when she pooped.
I ran out of wipes, so I went to the kitchen to get a new tub and told Lucy not to move.
I turn around and see her sitting up with her poopy booty all over the sheet.
I yell, “Nooooooooooooo!” (Picture the scene in a movie where someone is yelling and running in slo-mo.)
Lucy wails.
The end.
Love it! This grandpa has had to “hose down” a bunch of young ‘uns. It gets funnier when you think about it later. At little more “ugh” than the bowl of food over the head trick but unforgettable all the same. Enjoy Cady — one of my grandchilren was born at the same time as Lucy — Maybe someday, when they are potty trained, we can introduce them!
