I love frozen veggies. They are SO handy since I never really have time to cook fresh veggies. Plus, they keep much longer than fresh vegetables do (and I am pretty bad about forgetting that I have veggies in the fridge before they go bad).
One of my favorite brands of frozen vegetables is the Green Giant brand. There are more than 30 different varieties in the freezer section of your grocery store. Green Giant also is endorsed by Weight Watchers, and most have between 1 and 4 Weight Watchers PointsPlus.

I love Green Giant veggies, too! My favorite is the frozen peas, but my hubby loves the corn.
Frozen veggies are my go-to foods for lunch almost everyday .. they’re always in my freezer and i don’t have to plan beforehand!
