2 Going on 15

Reasons why my child is more like a teenager than a toddler:

Whenever we tell her to do something (or to NOT do something), she rolls her eyes at us. She rolls them so far back into her head that we can’t even see her eyeballs. This is a regular occurrence.

Yesterday, she came up to me, held out her hand and said, “Money, please.”

She lays on the floor or on her bed, talking on her toy cell phone, and when we try to say something to her, she says, “Not now. On phone.”

She gets her purse, tells us “bye” and heads to the door like she’s going out on the town.

Yeah, I think we are in for some trouble when she really DOES become a teenager!
