I am super excited about this week because we are doing mostly dishes out of our normal rotation. One (black bean soup) we have had once before; the others are new dishes, and I am looking forward to trying them!
Here’s what I have planned this week:
Monday: Homemade pizza rolls, veggies
Tuesday: Baked potatoes, asparagus and mushrooms
Wednesday: Black bean soup, bread
Thursday: Post-gymnastics Taco Bell feast
Friday: Tacos, spanish rice
I’ll be posting recipes for the pizza rolls, asparagus and mushroom side dish, and black bean soup over the next few weeks. I can’t wait to try them with you!
