I called an orthopedist’s office today to make an appointment to have my ankle rechecked. It’s been *very* painful lately, even when I’m sitting, so I want to have it looked at again. The receptionist found me in the system since my rheumatologist is in the same practice.
“Ok, and your birthdate is 3-26-60,” she said.
“Uh, try 1980,” I replied.
“Oh. Hehehehee. I just aged you 20 years! Hehe.”
Yeah. Ha. Ha. Ha.
