According to the nurse from the reproductive center, my new doctor can’t think of any other reason why I would be late. That’s good news. Now, I just have to pass the test. Joe said he’d try to find me a cheat sheet. 🙂
It’s going to be a *long* wait until tomorrow morning. The nurse said Clomid would not cause me to miss my period (which is the opposite of what people on message boards I’ve read say, but I’m going to assume the nurse knows more about this kind of thing), and that even though I tested a day before my period was due to start it still could have been too early. Plus, I tested at night, and she said that could have affected it too.
If the test is still negative I’m supposed to wait five days. If I haven’t started I’m supposed to go in for an ultrasound to figure out what could be going on. I keep picturing a negative result in my head. Sigh. Keep your fingers crossed and send some baby dust my way!

There is such thing as a false negative. i am thinking you’re pregnant. you know all this stress ins’t good for you! easier said than done, i know!
False negatives are very common. I’ll be eagerly waiting & hoping for you!
My Fingers are crossed!
Maybe you did test too soon! Sending bucket fulls of baby dust your way 🙂 Keeping you in thought & prayer. Keep us updated!
I sure do hope that you just tested a little bit early. The fact that your period hasn’t showed up yet is a SURE sign, especially since you said that you’re always so regular. But I hope that it’s not the Clomid messing with you. The fact that you said your boobs were sore the other day and that you’ve been SO emotional … those are SURE signs!!! I hope that you get that positive! I’ll be stalking your blog, haha 🙂
I’m holding out good thoughts for you, Cady.
I hope you get good news soon!
Fingers are crossed!
