This morning after dropping me off at work, Joe headed to the local bakery to pick up the mini birthday cake Harry won yesterday. Isn’t it cute?? While he was there, Joe picked up muffins for us for breakfast. When he got back to the station, I asked if they were low-fat, as I had requested. “They have apples in it. That’s literally what they said.” Surely fruit makes it healthy though, right? Or at least better for you??
