as i mentioned before, my parents gave me this neat point-and-shoot video camcorder for christmas. however, none of the retailers listed on the company’s web site process dvds from it. so now i can take videos but that’s about as far as it goes. blah. and, of course, when you call the manufacturer you get a recording telling you to leave your name and number and a customer service representative will call you back. typical.
