remember those super cute houndstooth shoes i ordered on january 26? i received an email today saying they wouldn’t be shipped until the middle of april. what?? so, i cancelled my order. hopefully i can find a store somewhere in atlanta that has them. what a bummer. i was really looking forward to wearing those.

Don’t you just love that?! That’s the downside of ordering online…you never know when you place the order if you’ll actually end up receiving everything you order. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed an order with Old Navy, Gap, or Children’s Place and then when I receive it the final order has several things deducted b/c they were out of stock…um you’d think their computer system could keep up with these things.
Ugh, that is the worst!! I was eyeing a dress from J.Crew recently, but it is back ordered until like July. It’s a summer dress! I need it AT LEAST by Memorial DAy… is that too much to ask?
I ordered some shoes online and was told there would be a two month wait, and they ended up being there the very next day. I hadn’t even requested express shipping! Y anever know…

That happened to me with some other shoes I ordered from Target.com. They were worth the wait, though. 😉
