We’re about to head off. Yay. I’m glad we came up to Chattanooga last night, though. We had a great time at Randy’s softball game (he got two hits and two runs), and we got to meet his new girlfriend. I really like her. She’s very friendly and bubbly. She wasn’t at all shy, as I would have expected since it was her first time meeting us.

We also had a nice time talking with my dad and then visiting with my grandparents. My grandparents were surprised to see us, and it was nice to hang out with them since we haven’t seen them in a while.

Tonight, we will find out if our station is the National Assocation of Broadcaster’s oldies station of the year. We kind of think we might have won because my station manager received a call from the NAB making sure he was going to be there and who they needed to list as coming on stage *if* they win. Maybe they ask that of every finalist, but we’re thinking positively. My manager said I will be in his acceptance speech if we do, since I’m the one who submitted our station. I told him he’ll have to call me on his cell phone so I can hear it. 🙂
