Cute cat story #1: Callie tends to go to the bathroom outside the litter box. At least it makes it a little less like Julius is gone. Well, the went to the bathroom on the floor either last night or this morning and, since she knows it really irritates Joe, she knocked a baby bodysuit off the kitchen table to try to cover it up. She missed, but she’s pretty darn smart. And the bodysuit got tossed right into the wash. 🙂
Cute cat story #2: AJ is petrified of the vacuum cleaner. Just the sight of it outside the closet makes him run for cover under our bed. So, after Joe used it the other night, what did he do? He left it right in between the food bowls and the litter box.
I told Joe he has to clean up after AJ goes to the bathroom on the carpet. 🙂

Speaking of cats, if you don’t mind me asking , who changes the litter box @ your house (I have a really good reason for asking & there’s a point in why I’m asking)? The reason I’m asking is, when a woman’s pregnant, you’re not supposed to come into contact w/cat’s feces~it could be harmful to your baby. I wasn’t sure if you & Joe knew that or not & I hope I don’t sound ugly in saying that~I’m not trying to be ugly~hope you don’t take it that way.
With my 1st 2 pregnancies, Bobby took over litter box duty & by the time I was pregnant w/Kendall, our kitty was an outside kitty (but he stayed in our garage @ nite) so litter box duty wasn’t quite as bad then.
Anyway, just wanted to give you a heads up about that~hope I wasn’t over-stepping any boundaries 😉 Very cute kitty stories! 🙂
Very cute kitty stories! Not sure if you know it, but Joe needs to take over litter box duty while you’re pregnant w/Lil’ Geek. You’re not supposed to come into contact w/cat’s feces while pregnant~it’s harmful for the baby. Not trying to be ugly~just wanted to pass that along in case you didn’t know 😉
Bobby took over litter box duty w/each of my 3 pregnancies! When I was pregnant w/Kendall though, it wasn’t quite as bad as the 1st 2. Our kitty we had when I was pregnant w/Kendall was an outside kitty but he stayed in our garage @ nite so litter box duty wasn’t quite as bad 😉
connie – i had heard that, but i haven’t had to clean the litter box in the four years we’ve been together, so no worries!
Aww I love cats! Great funny story haha thanks 🙂 Cats are definitely very intelligent though. My old ginger cat used to get up to all sorts and would still surprise me every day! I miss him heaps!
