We took Lucy to have her pictures taken with the Easter bunny yesterday. We actually hadn’t planned on it, but we ended up going to the mall, and when I saw the line of children waiting to sit on the Easter bunny’s lap, I knew I had to have Lucy’s picture taken.
Lucy was super excited as we waited in line. I was so proud because she was the only baby not crying!
When it was our turn, Joe got ready with our camera as I put Lucy on the Easter bunny’s lap and then stepped back so the photographer could take her picture. It wasn’t as quick as I had hoped. First, Lucy sat there and picked at the Easter bunny’s fur.
Then, she decided to show him her jeans. It was like she was thinking, “Oh my gosh, I’m wearing JEANS!!!!! Hey, Mr. Easter Bunny, check out my JEANS!!!!!!” Like she’s never worn her jeans before….
When we finally got her attention away from her jeans, she either stared off to the side or stuck her fingers in her mouth.
Finally, we were able to get one of her looking straight ahead. She wasn’t smiling, but hey, I’ll take what I can get!
At least she didn’t cry!

That is too cute! Is it just me or have the easter bunny’s ear shrank? I feel like all the mall easter bunny custumes underwent some sort of head shrinking transformation lol.
They look cute together! I am glad that Lucy didn’t cry! Some other babies cry when they see mascots!
