Customer service is so bad these days! I especially hate dealing with billing people. They are so clueless!
Oh my god. DirectTV is the WORST. They always overcharge, and you can never get through to them on the phone. I hate them with a passion.
I’ve just tried to get information out of UPS customer service. Apparently, that’s impossible. It’s SO frustrating!!

I HATE DirectTV! We have it too, and I swear out DVR is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever used in my life. We will be switching most likely when our contract is up b/c they are no help over the phone…always an excuse.
