my doctor told me yesterday that people need to exercise 1 1/2 hours a day, seven days a week to lose weight. i think that’s ridiculous, but i’m now trying to do an hour a day, five days a week. i think you need to have a couple of days off to rest.
i just got done doing 20 minutes of aerobics, and i am exhausted! hehe. it was a tough workout, but i’m winded, and that’s good. tonight, joe and i will do 40-45 minutes of weight training, as we do every night. last night, we did about 45 minutes of bicep and tricep training with boxing mixed in after every set. let me tell you, *that* is a workout. you don’t feel it at first, but suddenly you get really, really tired. i’m just impressed that i made it through the whole thing. joe says i soon will see the weight melting off me. i hope so!
now, i’m off to shower and do some scrapbooking. yay!
