someone who lives somewhere in our general vicinity has a dog. that barks. at 4 a.m. like last night. it barked for about an hour straight. i would have thought he’d get tired. how can his owners let him do that? don’t they want to sleep? because surely if he’s keeping me awake they aren’t able to sleep either.
