I finally got things worked out with AT&T — after close to two months of daily phone calls to the customer service center. I’m glad I decided to call the corporate office; otherwise, I’m sure we’d *still* be dealing with everything. I didn’t get the complete resolution I wanted, but I got just about everything, so I decided to let one little extra slide. I also got my car back today.
