you were supposed to be here at 9 a.m. it is now 9:40 a.m. that means you’re late. really late. and do you know what really bugs me? when people are late and don’t call. how hard would it be for you to pick up the phone and tell me i can get on with my morning, the morning i have rearranged just for you. i am all sweaty from my workout, and i would really like to shower so i can go to work. so next time, bug man, please let us know if you will be blowing us off. we’d really appreciate it.

that’s so irritating! i feel for ya. it happens in all industries, too. like the cable guy, the furniture delivery people, etc. can anyone be on time anymore?
HAAAAATE that. It’s not even like you feel like you can get into a project while you wait, because they could come at any minute!
If you want, I’ll give you the number of a good, reasonably priced bug man. He’s in Canton, so I think he’ll go up your way. He used to work for Orkin, but then went out on his own. Nice guy (and dependable!), if you don’t mind that he’s real talkative.
sounds like my experience with the HVAC man… good luck =( i don’t know why these types of companies can get away with such horrible customer service and stay in business!
All irritation aside, I love that you are bugged by the bug man. 😉
