We finally have a brand new roof and an intact ceiling. You may recall, our ceiling collapsed on us two weeks ago due to water damage from improper work done by the former owner of our house. The contractors were here all last week. It was crazy, threw off my daily schedule and was *very* noisy, but now we have a roof that should last 10-15 years, well past the amount of time we plan to live here.
