I should be pregnant by my birthday at the end of March. Hooray!

We set up our plan today when we met with our doctor. We go in for orientation on January 26, and we’ll start the IVF process with my cycle in February. I can’t believe how close everything is! I’m *so* excited and yet so nervous. The orientation is going to be pretty much a full day at the clinic starting with a trial transfer (which really does not sound like a lot of fun) and an ultrasound. Then we’ll be meeting with the doctor, putting down our deposit (which is really just paying in full) and going through another injection training class geared toward me and our plan. We’ll get a schedule of when I need to take each medication.

The best part is that my insurance covers all the ultrasounds and blood work, so we’ll have money leftover on our flex cards after we pay for the IVF costs to cover the meds. Luckily, I’ll be on the low end of those.

I am so freakin excited. I want to start now!
